Our Staff Members
The staff at Bread of Life has spent many years commited to Christian service. Our staff enjoys serving our community, whether in sharing our faith or just lending a helping hand. Here are a few of Bread of Life's staff members, starting with John Blossom +:

John Blossom + (The Reverend Canon) 
Fr. John was ordained as an Episcoplal priest with the special call to serve God's Church while maintaining his regular business-world job. His first church was in the inner city of Peoria where he served a diverse congregation for more than fourteen years.
He and Linda drove back and forth to Quincy, Illinois for nearly five years (travelng the equivilant of 1 1/2 times around the earth) as they served a start-up church for people who wanted a contemporary church experience.
For fifteen years Fr. John was Canon for Evangelism at St. Paul's Cathedral. He was active in the "Promise Keepers" movement and lead several group trips, including the "Stand in the Gap" trip to Washington, D.C.
Fr. John has been an active member of the Cursillo community since making Men's Cursillo #19; he is dedicated to the Cursillo weekend expererience and has served on many teams. ""The Lord is calling us to the most exciting ministry opportunity of our lives. Bread of Life will reach many who might not have been interested in a regular church.""

Linda Blossom (Music Ministry Leader)
Linda grew up as a Methodist "preacher's kid" and became an Episcopalian over 20 years ago. She graduated from Illinois State Univiersity with a B.S. in Music Education (minor in piano).
She has served as choir member, Choir Director, and music worship leader for several churches. Most recently she served as Worship Leader of the Bread of Life contemporary worship service at St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral.
She is an investment consultant and Senior Vice President at Alliance Benefit Group, Inc. in Peoria.
She is an active member of the Cursillo community - a member of the Diocese of Peoria Cursillo Steering Committee and recently served as Rectora for Women's Cursillo 858.
